Charlie has over 27 years of industry experience with the last 8 years focused on Web Content Management, Analytic tools and systems, Digital Asset Management and Business Process Management within a global marketing organization. Charlie has put a heavy focus of applying a Consumer Centric Taxonomy across all these various systems.
